Privacy and your data

The Nurture Room is a holistic facial studio run by Gemma in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This page explains what information I hold, why I hold it, and what you can do about it. If you have any questions, email me at [YOUR-EMAIL].

What I collect, and why

When you enquire. Your name, email and message, so I can reply to you. I hold this with your consent.

When you book. Your name, email, the treatment and time you choose, and a deposit payment, so I can hold your appointment and take the deposit. I hold this so I can provide the treatment you booked. Booking and payments are handled for me by Cal.com and Stripe.

When you fill in the consultation form. The health and lifestyle details you choose to share, so I can give your treatment safely. This is sensitive information, so I only hold it with your explicit consent, and the form is stored in my own private Google account.

The tools I use

I keep your information with trusted providers, each with their own privacy terms: Cal.com for booking, Stripe for deposit payments, Google for the consultation forms, Formspree for enquiry messages, and Hostinger for hosting the website. I never sell your information, and I never share it for marketing.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no analytics following you around. When you open the booking window, Cal.com and Stripe may set cookies that are needed to take your booking and your deposit. That is the only place cookies are used.

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it for your care and for anything the law requires, and then I delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Just email me. You can also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
